I had a conversation with my sister last night and it seems that she was concerned with what and when to eat? So I am asking.....When do you eat, and what do you eat?

The biggest challenge I have faced where food is concerned is learning to eat breakfast no matter what, and learning to eat when I am hungry as opposed to following my appetite's cravings. When I actually listen to my body and eat smaller meals throughout the day I'm more likely to eat healthy and my energy stays up.
