How do you plan on staying healthy and eating the right foods.

What drives you to stay healthy, is it a friend, Children, just like being healthy etc.....

My wife and I are going to the park and walking the dog as well as working out in the basement when the sun goes down.

I try and make sure I work out everyday. If I am not on the weights, I am on the tread mill or doing some type of routine with my wife, or sometimes a client. I also try and take vitamins.
